Pricing Policy

Discounted commercial licenses

RO IT Systems is able to offer discounts to the following groups:

• small companies with less than 5 employees and revenues of less than EUR500,000
• start-up companies in operation less than 1 year
• organizations acting towards the common good

Calculation of license price.

The base license price is EUR1000 per license. This license offers the right to the current version of the software plus one year of free upgrades.

For 5 or more licenses, volume discounts apply.

• 5-CPU License: EUR4,000.00
• 10-CPU License: EUR7,000.00
• 25-CPU license: EUR12,500.00

Licenses are interchangeable between servers within one company as long as the total number of servers offering our library to client computers does not exceed the number allowed in the license.
